When I say "guest service," what probably springs to mind is answering phones or responding to emails. That's where the "glory" comes in. Fixing problems, turning people around.
However, there is another side to it which you might not consider. This consists of a bunch of small victories. Putting up accurate listing images. Making sure the buckle and strap are what the guest ordered. Ensuring the quality of the items. Sending the order to the right place. Sending the order out in a timely manner.
