Stay CEANn

Happy Wednesday everyone!

There are horrible people who, instead of solving a problem, tangle it up and make it harder to solve for anyone who wants to deal with it. Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all.

Friedrich Nietzsche

Michelle sent out an email yesterday reminding everyone about the CEANn policy and it got me thinking. I think this quote goes along with that concept nicely. Most of us have had other jobs where there is always at least one “complainer” (you can reference the Mail Lady, if you haven’t). We don’t have that around here and that is one of the things that makes it fun to come to work. Why is it important to avoid negativity and complaining? Ultimately, it does not help anyone or solve the problem. The truth is that it usually makes things worse and hurts overall morale. I know it comes naturally for most of the people here, but it is still good to remind ourselves why positivity is so important from time to time.

Thanks Everyone, enjoy the rest of your week!

(I am reusing the review of the day from Monday because I liked it and my post went a little long so most of you could not read it)
