Calm before the storm… Thu, Jun 04, 2015
The meaning of "calm before the storm" is:
A period of quiet before a very busy or stressful time – idiomeanings.com
We have gotten a little quiet in the warehouse these past couple weeks. But that doesn’t mean SlideBelts is standing still, we are simply at our transition period. Now is the time to pave our path of success through this holiday season. By checking leather and buckles all day we are more prepared for what is coming. As most of us know the holiday season is huge for SlideBelts making over half of our sales during this time. So the more we can be prepared the better off we are.
Take some of this “down time” to think of things that you could do that would help us be a more efficient SlideBelts team, or if we can improve anything. Be creative and try to find something you can do within your job description to help SlideBelts operate more efficiently. Thank you guys for the great work! Keep it up!
