Make Goals and Break them… Thu, May 14, 2015
Everyone should have a brief idea of what they want to achieve. Whether within SlideBelts as a company or within Life in general.
Here are some steps to take to help you achieve those long term goals in a step by step fashion:
- First create your "big picture" of what you want to do with your life (or over, say, the next 10 years), and identify the large-scale goals that you want to achieve.
-Then, you break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach your lifetime goals.
-Finally, once you have your plan, you start working on it to achieve these goals.
For me, this step by step plan has helped me a lot, not only within SlideBelts but in crossfit and life in general! No matter what you choose to achieve there will always be steps or actions to take to get to where you want to be.
Plan your steps and go for what you want, the person holding you back is YOU!
