Now ask yourself, when was the last time you purchased something from them? What was your experience like?

It is worth noting, RadioShack was a significant lab for some of the most innovative minds and therefore, they've had a huge influence on technology. WIRED recently had a good article describing how leaders such as Steve Wozniak (co-founder of Apple) and Michael Dell (founder of Dell) purchased items from there and used these items in some of their first products. In addition, RadioShack served as a training lab for countless people like Woz & Dell to explore and interact with technology.


RadioShack's story demonstrates why it's so important to keep adapting and innovating while providing positive interactions and positive experiences for guests.
